Online Study Resource

We  created an online study guide today that we hope you will find helpful as we prepare for Wednesday's test.  Don't forget...a great way to study is to scroll through the past blogs to see what we learned about watersheds, human impact, forests and mineral resources.

To watch the powerpoint that I have narrarated click here.

If you are having trouble loading that one, you can watch the powerpoint review guide click here.

Save Stadium Woods

Stadium Woods is an example of an old growth forest. This means it is a forest that has grown naturally without being planted by humans.

Watch this video about how Virginia Tech is looking at destroying a natural forest on their campus.

Activity
In your science journal answer these two questions

what are the positives and negative consequences would be of replacing this forest with a stadium?

and
